Turkey Creek Land Partners is a collective engaging in the ownership, leasing, marketing and management of this mixed-use development. The partnership currently facilitates 2.25 million square-feet of GLA. Total development costs for Turkey Creek has been estimated at about $400 million. The center opened its first phase in Spring of 2007. Recently, Phase III was completed in Spring 2009 anchored by JCPenney.
